We are falling behind the rest of the world. Virtually every developed country has shown that universal health care is doable. Not only is it doable but it also leads to better health care out comes. It is the government's responsiblity to provide for its citizens and I believe it is well past time for universal health care in this country if we want to continue being the greatest nation in the world.
